The clarity and quality of your photo play a crucial role in creating your order. Our artists use your image as a reference for color, style, and overall design. Please follow these guidelines and tips when selecting your photos to ensure the best results.
- Taken in natural daylight for optimal clarity
- Front-facing with a clear, unobstructed view
- No objects or shadows blocking key details
- The portrait will be cropped exactly as shown in the photo (missing elements will not be added.
- High-quality phone photos are acceptable.
- Any visible cars, landscaping, trash cans, or other elements will be included in the portrait unless specified otherwise in your order notes.
- Photos from real estate websites such as Zillow, Trulia, and StreetEasy are also acceptable.
- Avoid using heavily filtered photos.
- Do not use photos taken at sunrise or sunset, as we cannot accurately recreate your home's true colors.
- If you don’t want cars or trash cans in the final portrait, avoid submitting photos with them in the frame (removal may be possible in some cases).
