Estate Illustration Studio Refund Policy

Each piece is custom-made just for you. If there's an issue with your order, contact us at info@estateartstudio.com and we’ll gladly assist you.

Refunds

Refunds are only available if you receive the wrong item or if your order arrives damaged. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged or incorrect item (including the packing slip), and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

If you're not satisfied with your proof, we offer unlimited revisions to ensure you're completely happy before printing.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Please double-check size and color options before placing your order.

Artwork Proofs

Since each piece is made to order, you’ll receive a proof within  48 hours of purchase. If we don’t hear from you within 48 hours of sending the proof, we’ll follow up. If there’s no response 24 hours after our follow-up, we’ll proceed with printing your artwork as-is.
